1st Entry of the Year 2015,& it's gonna be something inspiring.
About 3 months ago, I chanced upon this article regarding on Gordon Ramsay's search for Bread Street Kitchen's first intern, & I was surprised to know that the winner is actually a student from ITE (/College West). He made me so jealous of him (/in a good way) even though I'm not from the same course as he does. What really envies me the most is that he got recognized by the world most renowned Chief Ramsay. Not only that, his reward had clearly proven ITE students are able to shine; we're not hopeless, afterall.
To be able to work in the industry with passion is definitely something special. :) & I hope I'm able to make it happen.
